Do you manufacture in Yanam?

Our manufacturing and engineering works are in Ahmedabad. We are not a local Yanam fabricator and do not claim to be. We execute dairy projects in Yanam as a service , design, supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales , with our engineers on your site for the full build.

Where does a Yanam plant buy its milk?

From the Godavari delta around it. The enclave itself is too small to supply a plant, but it sits inside one of the stronger milk-producing regions in south India, so contracted collection from the surrounding East Godavari and Konaseema area is straightforward. The practical work is route planning and chilling close to the producer, not finding volume.

Should the product be positioned for Andhra or for Puducherry?

For Andhra, without hesitation. The customers, retailers and distributors around Yanam are Andhra buyers, so labelling, pack formats, product mix and trade terms should follow Andhra practice. The union territory status is worth having for land, incentives and administration - it is not a market position, and treating it as one would cost you distribution.
