Our manufacturing and engineering works are in Ahmedabad. We are not a local North Goa fabricator and do not claim to be. We execute dairy projects in North Goa as a service , design, supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales , with our engineers on your site for the full build.

How do you build for a market that triples in season?

By separating throughput from capacity. The processing lines should be sized close to the off-season load so they run at high utilisation all year; the season is then met with chilled storage, intermediate product held and finished to order, longer running hours and a distribution fleet that scales up temporarily. That keeps fixed cost proportionate to the business you have in July, not the business you have in January.

Is it worth processing in Goa when supply comes from outside?

Usually yes, for the fresh categories. Curd, paneer, cream and packaged milk lose shelf life and quality on a long truck run, and the hospitality trade here pays for freshness and same-morning delivery. Bringing in chilled bulk milk under contract and finishing it locally captures both the freight margin and the service advantage that a plant in Kolhapur or Belagavi cannot match.

The Sharpest Seasonal Demand Curve in India

North Goa runs the most extreme hospitality season in the country. Along the coastal belt from Candolim through Calangute to Anjuna and Morjim, the resident population is multiplied several times over between October and March, and then falls away almost entirely through the monsoon. Hotels, beach shacks, cafes, bakeries and cloud kitchens all buy fresh dairy daily through the season — cream, curd, paneer, butter, flavoured milk — and a large share of it is currently trucked in from Maharashtra and Karnataka because there is very little organised processing inside the state.

That is a real opening, but it punishes a plant designed the usual way. Size every line for the January peak and the equipment idles for half the year on a fixed overhead; size it for the average and you fail your best customers in the weeks that matter most. The workable answer is a modest, high-utilisation processing core with generous chilled storage, intermediates that can be held and finished to order, and a distribution plan built around a hospitality trade that orders late and expects delivery the same morning.
