Do you manufacture in NTR?
Our manufacturing and engineering works are in Ahmedabad. We are not a local NTR fabricator and do not claim to be. We execute dairy projects in NTR as a service — design, supply, installation, commissioning and after-sales — with our engineers on your site for the full build.
What is different about designing for distribution rather than procurement?
The layout is organised around outward flow — packing capacity, chilled staging, dispatch docking and the sequencing between them. Automation is weighted toward batch tracking and changeover speed so multiple SKUs can leave in the same window without cross-contamination or delay.
Can one plant serve both local retail and onward dispatch?
Yes, and in Vijayawada that is usually the right answer. It needs the packing hall zoned so short-cycle local SKUs and bulk onward loads do not contend for the same line or the same dock, which is a layout decision taken early.
