Role purpose

Train through rotation across design, automation, panel manufacturing and projects, and take on independent engineering work by the end of the programme.

Key responsibilities

Training rotation

  • Work in process design, automation, electrical panel shop, purchase and projects on a fixed rotation.
  • Learn company procedures, quality checks and safety rules.
  • Submit a monthly learning report and complete assigned tests.

Engineering support

  • Prepare drawings, BOQs, I/O lists, calculations and datasheets under supervision.
  • Support FAT, panel testing, erection and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain project documents and records.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree passed within the last 2 years.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
  • Willingness to work on the shop floor and in all departments.
  • Clear written and spoken communication.

How performance is measured

  • Monthly assessment by the department head.
  • Assigned tasks completed on time.
  • Department placement at the end of the programme.
