Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Projects | Commercial closure | Billing and cash flow
Own predictable project execution, faster conversion of mature enquiries into confirmed orders, timely billing and positive cash flow, while protecting margins and delivery commitments.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years in EPC, process plant or industrial project execution.
- Hands-on experience of project budgets, billing milestones and collections.
- Working knowledge of contracts, payment terms, bank guarantees and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP (SAP B1 or similar) and task tracking tools.
Assistant General Manager β Sales
Business development | Tenders | Key accounts
Generate and convert enquiries for turnkey dairy plants, process equipment, automation, electrical panels and HVAC systems into confirmed orders with the agreed advance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales of engineered equipment or projects.
- Experience with tenders, vendor registration and techno-commercial offers.
- Ability to read process flow diagrams, equipment specifications and BOQs.
- Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler and a valid driving licence; willing to travel.
Automation Engineer β Siemens PLC / SCADA
PLC programming | HMI / SCADA | Commissioning
Develop, test and commission PLC and SCADA systems for dairy and process plants, including pasteurisers, CIP systems and utilities, and support running plants.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Siemens PLC programming.
- At least one program written and commissioned independently.
- Knowledge of field instruments, 4β20 mA loops and VFDs.
- Willingness to take a practical test at Sanand.
Site Engineer β Mechanical
Erection | SS piping | Commissioning
Execute mechanical erection, stainless steel piping and commissioning of process equipment and skids to approved drawings, schedule, quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in process plant erection, piping and commissioning.
- Reading of P&IDs, GA drawings and isometrics.
- Knowledge of SS sanitary piping, TIG welding quality and hydro testing.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Training programme | Engineering and projects
Train through rotation across design, automation, panel manufacturing and projects, and take on independent engineering work by the end of the programme.
Requirements
- Engineering degree passed within the last 2 years.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in all departments.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
Legal and Administration Officer
Litigation coordination | Statutory and labour compliance | Administration
Single point of control for the company's litigation and statutory administration: court diary, coordination with external advocates, matter tracking and limitation control, documentation, labour and factory compliance, liaison with government departments, and employee grievance handling. Drafting of pleadings and legal opinions is handled by external counsel.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the CPC, Limitation Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Gujarat High Court rules and the e-Courts system.
- Working knowledge of the Labour Codes, EPF and ESI Acts, Factories Act / OSH Code, Contract Labour and POSH Act.
- Hands-on experience with EPFO, ESIC, Shram Suvidha and Gujarat labour / factory portals.
- Advanced MS Excel and Outlook; task tracking tools (ClickUp or similar).
- Own two-wheeler or transport; willing to travel to courts, government offices and occasionally outside Gujarat.
Accounts and Administration Trainee (B.Com)

Support daily accounting, GST data, vendor and customer records and office administration.
Requirements
- B.Com passed within the last 2 years.
- Working knowledge of Tally or SAP Business One and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Accuracy with numbers and records.
Electrician β Panels and Plant Wiring
Panel wiring | Cabling | Testing
Wire and test MCC, PCC and PLC panels in the in-house panel shop and carry out plant cabling, termination and electrical maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical and panel wiring work.
- Ability to read power and control wiring drawings.
- Use of megger, multimeter and clamp meter.
- Gujarat wireman licence preferred.
Pipe Welder β SS 304 / 316 (TIG)
Sanitary piping | Dairy and food plants
Weld SS 304 / SS 316L sanitary pipes and tubes for dairy and food plants to hygienic standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of TIG welding on SS pipes.
- Experience in sanitary / food-grade piping preferred.
- Orbital welding experience an advantage.
- Weld test at Sanand before selection.
Pipe Fitter β SS Sanitary Piping
Fit-up | Supports | Hydro testing
Fit SS sanitary process and utility piping to isometric drawings, ready for TIG welding and testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of SS pipe fitting in process plants.
- Ability to read P&IDs and piping isometrics.
- Knowledge of sanitary fittings, valves and hydro testing.
Fabrication Fitter β MS / SS Structures
Layout | Fit-up | Equipment alignment
Fabricate and fit MS and SS structures, skid frames, platforms and supports, and align equipment to drawing.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of fabrication fitting experience.
- Ability to read GA and fabrication drawings.
- Use of measuring tools, levels and power tools.
Welder β Arc (MS Fabrication)
Structural welding | Skid and frame fabrication
Weld MS structures, skid frames, supports and platforms to drawing, with sound welds and safe working.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of arc welding experience.
- Ability to read basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Weld test at Sanand before selection.
Electrician Helper
Cabling | Panel shop support
Assist electricians in panel wiring, cable laying and plant electrical work.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as an electrician helper.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and safety.
- Physically fit for lifting and work at height.
Helper β Fabrication / Electrical
Shop and site support
Assist welders, fitters and electricians in fabrication, installation and electrical work.
