Role purpose
Assist electricians in panel wiring, cable laying and plant electrical work.
Key responsibilities
Work
- Pull cables and fix cable trays, conduits and supports.
- Prepare cable ends: glanding, ferruling and lugging.
- Move material and keep tools and consumables ready.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
Safety
- Follow the electrician's instructions and isolation rules.
- Use PPE at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as an electrician helper.
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and safety.
- Physically fit for lifting and work at height.
How performance is measured
- Assigned work completed daily.
- Zero safety incidents.
