Does high-fat buffalo milk need different equipment?
Yes, in the places it matters. Separation duty, cream handling, heat exchanger surface and CIP chemistry all have to account for the actual fat and solids load. Equipment selected on a generic milk basis will disappoint on this milk, usually during the flush.
Can you build the plant to expand later?
Yes. We design the layout, utility headroom and automation backbone for the eventual configuration and execute in phases, so the second phase is an addition rather than a rebuild of what you already paid for.
