ATMAN Group configures butter packing lines for the full range of retail, consumer and bulk pack sizes β so your line matches your market from day one:
- Retail blocks & wraps: 100 g, 200 g and 500 g in parchment or foil-laminate wrap (branded table butter and white butter).
- Consumer portion packs (chiplets): 8 g, 10 g and 20 g single-serve packs for HORECA, airlines, hotels and institutional catering.
- Cups & tubs: 100 g, 200 g and 500 g spreadable-butter cups with heat-seal or lug-lid closing.
- Bulk & institutional: 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg cartons or bulk blocks for bakeries, sweet-makers, HORECA and food processors.
Pack sizes and formats are matched to your churning output and target market β retail branded butter, white butter for the loose trade, or bulk supply to processors. We size the wrapping/forming heads, cup-fillers and cartoners accordingly and integrate date-coding and metal detection for FSSAI-compliant, retail-ready output.
