Tamil Nadu is not one industrial region but four. Chennai carries automotive, electronics and petrochemicals through Ambattur, Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Maraimalai Nagar and Manali. Coimbatore is pumps, motors, foundries and textile machinery. Tiruppur is knitwear and textile processing with its dyeing and effluent infrastructure. Hosur, Trichy and Salem add electronics, heavy engineering and steel.

Siemens First, All Makes Supported
Siemens is our core platform — S7-1200 and S7-1500, legacy S7-300 and S7-400, TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC and WinCC Unified. Plants in Tamil Nadu run on everything, so we also work on Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta and other major makes: programming, modification, troubleshooting, upgrades and migration, either from another make to Siemens or within the same make. Siemens spares are supplied as part of project, AMC and service scope. We are not an authorised Siemens channel.
Legacy Systems, Obsolescence and Migration
Most of what we are called for in Tamil Nadu is not a greenfield line. It is a working plant on hardware that is no longer procurable, with a programme nobody on site can edit and a SCADA on an operating system IT will not keep on the network. We survey what is installed, document the I/O and the logic, and stage the migration around your shutdown window instead of asking for the plant to stop.

After handover the work continues as an annual maintenance contract: scheduled visits, backup and version control of programmes, Siemens spares holding advice, breakdown attendance, and remote PLC and SCADA troubleshooting that settles a large share of faults before an engineer travels.

How We Work Across Tamil Nadu
Engineering, conversion and testing are completed offline in Ahmedabad and site time is used for installation, commissioning and handover. AMC clients get planned visit cycles plus remote PLC and SCADA troubleshooting as first response.

Do you handle dyeing and effluent control for the Tiruppur belt?
Yes. Recipe-driven dyeing sequences, dosing, temperature profiles, and the flow, pH and TDS instrumentation with continuous logging that compliance reporting depends on.
Can you meet a customer plant’s traceability specification for tier suppliers?
Yes. Where an OEM specifies part marking, data capture and retention for its suppliers, we engineer to that specification and hand over documentation mapping each clause to how it is met.
Do you work on makes other than Siemens?
Yes. Siemens is our core platform and our deepest expertise — S7-1200 and S7-1500, legacy S7-300 and S7-400, TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC and WinCC Unified. Do you supply the panels as well?
Yes. Panel engineering, supply and commissioning are part of our scope — control philosophy, GA and wiring drawings, component selection, testing and site commissioning — so the panel, the programme and the field instrumentation are answerable to one team.
Are you an authorised Siemens dealer?
No. We are not an authorised Siemens channel and do not claim to be. We supply Siemens spares and components as part of our project, AMC and service scope.
Can you take over a system somebody else installed?
Yes. Much of our work is on installed plant — undocumented programmes, obsolete hardware, SCADA nobody can edit. We start with a survey of what is actually running, document it, and then quote the modification, migration or AMC scope against that.
