Siemens is our core platform — S7-1200 and S7-1500, legacy S7-300 and S7-400, TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC and WinCC Unified. Plants in Chennai run on everything, so we also work on Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta and other major makes: programming, modification, troubleshooting, upgrades and migration, either from another make to Siemens or within the same make. Siemens spares are supplied as part of project, AMC and service scope. We are not an authorised Siemens channel.

Most of what we are called for in Chennai is not a greenfield line. Yes. Tier-2 and tier-3 units are a large part of this belt, and their needs — station control, poka-yoke interlocks, traceability demanded by the customer plant, downtime capture — are well-defined work we take as fixed scope.
Can you meet a customer plant’s traceability specification?
Yes. Where your customer specifies part marking, data capture and retention, we engineer to that specification and hand over the documentation showing how each clause is met.
How quickly can your engineers reach a site in Chennai?
Our engineers travel from our Ahmedabad base. Survey visits in Chennai are scheduled within the week, commissioning is planned in blocks, and AMC clients get planned visit cycles with remote PLC and SCADA troubleshooting as first response between visits.
