Can you support a plant that already has an internal automation team?
Yes, and it is often the better arrangement. We take the project or migration scope, work to your standards and hand over sources and documentation to your team, with AMC or remote support only where you want it.
How quickly can your engineers reach a site in Pune?
Our engineers travel from our Ahmedabad base. Survey visits in Pune are scheduled within the week, commissioning is planned in blocks, and AMC clients get planned visit cycles with remote PLC and SCADA troubleshooting as first response between visits.
